09/23/2022 Workout. Death by Reps. 4 minutes, Minute 1, cleans. Minute 2, 10 burpees. Minute 3 deadlifts. Minute 4, rest. The rep scheme for the cleans and deadlifts, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, ... Your dead when you cannot complete any of the three within a minute. There was a 40 minute cap.
