AZ judge affirms abortion ban

An Arizona Superior Court judge ruled to lift the injunction on the state's abortion ban that had been in place since 1901, which blocked the Arizona government from enforcing a ban on nearly all abortions throughout the state. This came after Arizona State Attorney General Mark Brnovich made the request for the removal of that injunction following the Dobbs decision from the U.S. Supreme Court that reversed Roe v. Wade earlier this year.
