Mortgage Woes & Offering Recreational Classes

A Small Recreational Class Center, the space can be used for Arts & small Meetings:
5-20 people: (living room & dining room)
Teachers would earn a percentage, 35 % per "students" class fee.
or more if it's a craft class and their supplies are inclusive. i.e (fairy garden extra 20$ plus 1 class from the card) $5 -10 per "student" by purchasing in bulk.

It's a good location, easy for the mountain arroyo people to walk to, & lots of street parking.
Good for the retired, to participate in a social activity, and learn something new in a class.

For the students:
Punch card system: $10 for most classes (10 classes per card)=$100.00
The cards would last for up to 1 yr.

A weekly - monthly schedule, would be printed out as more classes are provided.

For teacher use:
I do have 4 very large wooden table tops, they would need 8 sawhorse legs.
& over 10 chairs, some are stools. the chairs vary in heights.

Sofa seating also. Kitchen use, with oven & range, microwave:
space for baking or making smoothies.
Masks could obviously still be worn, even by the teachers. To play it safe.

Teachers would need to bring their own white or chalkboards, if needed for their class.

Teacher Qualifications:
They do not have to be accredited, just knowledgeable over their popular specialty.
1-5 classes can be offered per week per teacher. or even just once per month is ok.

Knitting nite.
Art classes.
Craft classes, teacher would incl supplies $1-50 extra per class ticket:
(cards, feather-glitter butterflies, calligraphy, etc)
Garden classes, make a fairy garden in a teacup class, & teacher would incl supplies.
mini succulents garden & bromeliad gardens, with a teacher, incl supplies.
Cooking class show, with a vegan chef (tortillas, brownies, etc) audience watches the chef.
Church or Guru gatherings.
Womens or LGBTQ meetings. Animal rights meeting, etc
Self-Help Meetings: addiction, depression, inequality issues, divorcees, marital help, etc
Beauty session makeovers.
Astrology Meetings.
Daytrading, philosophers, motivational speakers.
Yoga. (adding a wooden floor? It would need daily classes, otherwise private mats for comfort.)
Ballet ! No I don't think so, because I would need another teacher, or two, & the space would have to be more committed to only ballet & yoga. due to flooring, mirrors and ballet barres.
Morning cafe: for drink take-outs.

Chamber music concerts, 3 instrument trio or quartet.
Flamenco guitarist nite
Piano bar (liquor issue)

Those who live here, could work as teachers or staff.
Teachers, we can start classes as soon as you've drummed up a few people,
esp. for unusual courses, like philosophy, or complaint groups.
