Phil Albritton Graphics - "Hwy 21" Serigraph Print Second Color

Phil Albritton Graphics - The printing of the second color on my "Hwy 21" serigraph. Having trouble with the registration tabs and discovered too late the tabs were moving around on me causing the 2nd color to be out of registration on most of the prints.
