Are "17" Concerns Behind the Recent Military Psyops Investigation?

Just this week, the U.S. Corporate Government asked for a review of military psyops. At the same time, Mr. T. has been trolling about that symbol much more often and freely. Is the psyop they are concerned about one tied to "17"? The Universe was consulted.
