In this episode we are gonna be talking about peace And what you need to do to protect it.

Now in this area I do see a lot of people fall short. And we're not here to call you a failure or say that you messed up. We are here to Help you acknowledge it so you can change it.

Now what is peace. Peace is not allowing circumstances or people to change how you think or feel. Especially if they disturb it on negative levels.

A lot of times we just invite anybody into our lives. Without even making sure they are a good fit for us and there's a level of suitability. We go off of how we feel and that actually leads us into hot water.

So we are gonna discuss how to protect your peace. How to understand when to draw that line. And how to move in more harmonious ways.
