call handler EBAY ignorant

This is without a doubt the very worst customer service ever, over 1 hour on a phone ,I explained on numerous occasions what was the problem and needed to speak to someone after she didn't want to listen I wanted a supervisor, I was promised on four occasions that some one would call me back between 24-48 hours, and it was a small problem just to ask why my money has been taken away as a seller, I felt discriminated against , she have horrendous attitude by this lady and she calls herself customer service , she made me angry so much that I was trying to talk all the time and she was ignoring me, and she knew I'm recording in beginning as she said we are recording, I did it to, so she still was ignoring me and talking over me
