Kneeling Lunge: Lateral DB Torso Flexion

Begin by kneeling in a lunge position.
hold a DB in one arm; chose one as the exercise can be done either side
The opposite arm is on the back of the head, push elbow wide
Focus on holding Pelvis square, keeping shoulders perfectly aligned as you "crunch" or lateral flex the torso
This is not a big movement
Focus: balance and stability while only moving torso in a single plane of motion
