No Contact During the Holidays

As many of you know, the best way to respond to a breakup is the no contact rule, which simply means that, if you were on the losing end of a breakup you do not initiate contact for any reason. It's difficult, but it's your best chance in getting your ex back. However, many in the no contact phase will use birthdays or the holidays as an excuse to break no contact & reach out to their ex.

In this Attraction Tips video I'm going discussing how to handle the no contact rule during the approaching holidays since I KNOW many of you are tempted to break no contact & get in touch with your ex, hoping for a reconciliation.
