Dealing With A Relationship Downgrade

In a relationship, sometimes a man will face his girlfriend deciding to change the terms of the relationship, whether that be turning it into a commitment or downgrade to something less significant. And sometimes that girlfriend will say that it's only a temporary change as a way to keep her boyfriend waiting for the terms to change back to a place he wants the relationship to be. However, all this does is lower his own value & communicates that it's okay for her to treat him like a puppy dog.

In this Coaching Video a viewer writes in after his girlfriend decided to remove the relationship labels & downgrade the relationship to where they're not even dating any longer, but still wanting to keep in regular contact with him, essentially putting him on reserve until she makes a decision. I coach him in how he should really be handling this situation in order to get the best possible outcome, hopefully getting her back & highly attracted to him again.
