Rule 11880 requires settlement of APE shares in 30 days

They reduced the settlement time for Corporate debt securities from 90 days to 30 days I do not believe they would have let that rule pass if they knew AMC was going to issue the APE preferred dividend Next week should get really interesting if they are forced to follow the rules
