⭐⭐ Hello there. So happy to have you join me on the mat today! Today's practice is going to be a Lower body deep stretch yoga flow, focusing on seated forward fold. Seated forward fold is such a great pose, providing a nice, deep stretch for the entire back side of the body from the heels to the neck. It also helps to calm the nervous system and emotions. You may want to grab your blocks or bolster before getting started today.
