The Larson Electronics GAU-48-IPS-LED is a low profile hazardous location lighting solution approved for outdoor environments and is UL 1598 compliant for use in wet locations. This powerful 48" long LED strip light produces 5,000 lumens, operates on 12-24V AC/DC, and is suitable for a variety of applications.

The GAU-48-IPS-LED 40 watt low profile strip light is designed to provide a high output and ruggedly durable lighting solution for applications where waterproof lighting is required. This low profile LED strip light operates operated on 12-24V AC/DC electrical current and includes 6 feet of connecting lead with flying leads. This light is constructed of powder coated extruded aluminum for excellent strength and durability and is rated IP65 for protection against exposure to low pressure water jets from all directions and sealed against dust penetration.

These units are configured in a 48" long strip or "bar" profile for installation in locations where wide dispersal and a low profile is preferred. Once installed, operators can rotate the light fixture side to side to position the light output as needed. The high output, cool running operation, and good color rendering properties of this light make it an ideal replacement for older, bulkier, and less reliable HID and halogen light fixtures.
