Institutions reported ownership of 652 million AMC shares according to filings They own 121% of AMC float how is this mathematically possible without fraud corruption and manipulation The SEC DTCC and CFTC doesn’t see a problem with this If institutions own 121% and retail owns 90% someone please explain
