Seth Ferguson founder and CEO of Multifamily Real Estate Investments Inc. Seth provide investment opportunities for high-net-worth individuals by acquiring and improving underperforming apartment buildings.

A 13 year real estate veteran, Seth has transacted over $150 million of real estate, and hosted a real estate tv show and real estate investment podcast. Seth is also the author of the real estate book, Sell For More.

His investors are able to invest in large apartment buildings they wouldn’t be able to buy on their own, and earn above average returns, consistent cash flow, and tax saving credits.
