WATCH: Minister Gwede Mantashe Addressing Media

Delegates at COSATU 14th National Congress refused to be addressed by Minister of Minerals and Energy, Gwede Mantashe at Gallagher Convention Centre on Monday. The crowd booed as the minister attempted to address them. A day later, he addressed members of the media as he left the venue.
