COVID-19 Level Spikes 😱 - NYC Officials Recommend Wearing Mask Indoors

According to the CDC, all five of New York's boroughs are now in the 'high' alert level for Covid. So New York City health officials are pushing for face masks to be worn in all indoor areas and crowds, regardless of vaccination status, amid the rising cases.

Medical experts say they’re concerned about the latest Omicron subvariant, BA.5, making its rounds. The variant now accounts for a majority of all new cases. It’s believed to be more contagious, as well as more resistant to our vaccines.
