On this channel we like to Try New Things... and this video is no different. I'm in the process of building a new greenhouse, and I need a 20'+ ridge beam, but only have 8' and 10' lengths of stock, what do you do? I opted to try my hand at my first ever Scarf Joint (well two of them) and was surprised about just how 'do-able' that process is without any previous experience.
