In post Bruen America, Gun Control is doomed! 2nd Amendment victories everywhere!

2nd amendment victories are coming fast and furious on the heels of the Bruen decision which prescribed a standard of review that lower courts must apply when resolving Second Amendment cases. On Friday afternoon, US District Court Judge Maryellen Norieka issued and order blocking enforcement of Delaware’s ban on ownership and possession of unserialized homemade firearms and unfinished 80% receivers. Not only that, the Judge said their manufacture must also be legal. Then in another case, United States v. Quiroz, a provision of the 1968 gun control act was decimated! Better late than never i suppose.
