Tennessee Sunset

It was reported in news media that Edward Snowden was granted Russian citizenship recently. Mr. Snowden if you remember stole and revealed U.S. secret information about the war in Iraq a few years ago. He then fled to Russia.
Does that mean that as a Russian citizen he can be Mobilized , Conscripted, Drafted into his beloved Russian Army ? Then given 2 hours of military training, forced to buy his own blanket for the upcoming winter season, put on a military troop train and sent to the occupied Ukraine 🇺🇦 territories to fight in the current War ?
