The Strange Case of John McCarty - SC Supreme Court

McCarty thought two people were killing his domestic partner. He fired a warning shot, and when that did not deter them, he fired two rounds through the door. One man died, the trial court abandoned its role on immunity, and we have another case interpreting Stand Your Ground immunity provisions.
