Operation Eagle's Refractor engine

It was upgraded with significant improvements to the Refractor 2 engine which was used in several Battlefield games.
Some Battlefield enthusiasts see Operation Eagle as a precursor to the Battlefield series and have paid homage to the game by developing modules to emulate Operation Eagle on Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2.
