The term of office of the incumbent President of Kenya is about to end and Kenyans are set to elect a new President.

We examine the circumstances of this election and the likely outcome of the polls.

Our view is that Kenya is a very important African country and the stability of Kenya will do good to the entire East Africa.

Whatever the result may be, this Channel would appeal to the victor to be magnanimous in victory and the loser to accept defeat gallantly.
