Making Kale Powder And Other Tasks

In this video I show you how I make kale powder from dehydrated kale and share with you other tasks in a vlog style video.

To make Kale Powder:
1. Pick the kale out of your garden or purchase some at a market or store.
2. Remove the kale leaves from the stems if possible
3. Dehydrate the kale (this can very in time depending on altitude, humidity, and way of dehydration chosen)
4. Use a high powered blender or mortar and pestle to grind your kale
5. Place kale powder into your chosen vessle for storage ie. a jar or molar bag.

Great for use in Soups, Green Drinks, Stews, Garnish on salads and meat dishes and as an ingredient in savory breads and pastries.
