For 10s of thousands of years we slept only to the sounds of nature. Our brain is programed to sleep to the sounds of the night. Wind, Fire, Animals/Insects, Water... all of these sounds help you fall asleep fast.
That's all the science you need to know. Not about "theta waves" or "binaural" sounds. Nature programmed our brains for 10s of thousands of years.
HOW TO LISTEN:
Phone... if you can place your phone near a wall or hard surface. This will increase the low end base sounds.
Small Speakers... if you can place the speakers near the head of the bed you will have a better experience. But it's not necessary to get a good night's sleep.
