[Rebel Civics] Is Constitution Day Constitutional?

Constitution Day is September 17th of each year, named by Congress as “Constitution Day and Citizenship Day.” This 2004 federal legislation and 2005 Department of Education mandate requires all schools that accept federal funding teach the U.S. Constitution to all students each year for Constitution Day.
