Is Fox News' Tucker Carlson right here? Did the U.S. hit a Russian pipeline?

Seems like an escalation with little purpose because the pipeline was already off and there seems to be little to gain with a big risk.

The damage to that inactive pipeline might actually benefit Russia at home, which they could probably use.
