Is No Contact The Best Strategy?

After a breakup where their no ex girlfriend or wife unilaterally ends the relationship, many men are confused how to handle the situation. Should I accept the breakup & move on or should I fight for her & what I really want? Of course when they ask their friends or family they're told they need to fight for her, but besides in movies, that never works. So, they come online & discover the no contact rule. But, is no contact really the best strategy?
