My personal NFL Week 4 Defense sleeper selections include:

LA Rams - $18
-49ers give up over 11pts to DEF each week.
-List includes Chicago, Seattle, Denver.

Philadelphia Eagles - $14
-AVG over 11 PTS per game
-Home match-up vs Jacksonville in rain
-JAX gives up fewest points to defense, but:
-Only faced Carson Wentz, Matt Ryan, & an injured Justin Herbert.

Carolina Panthers - $10
-Arizona offense looks not great.
-Rain game in Carolina with over 90% humidity.
-Weather helps Carolina's defense, who are more accustomed.
