The fourth setup mission on the Humane Labs Raid is to steal the Valkyrie from the Merryweather Naval port in Los Santos.

“Acquire a Valkyrie helicopter gunship for the raid on Humane Labs. Merryweather Security are storing it at their base in the Los Santos Naval Port.”

4 Players are required for this setup as with all the Humane Labs setup missions.
