#47 - The Fast & The Studious

In this episode we discussed Logan's study of the craft yesterday and how far he has to go still. The strange inkling we were experiencing yesterday turned, for Logan, into a feeling of flatness halfway towards melancholy. We talked about this feeling, what it involves and how to perceive our situation in a way that makes sense regarding it. It did lift our spirits to have this discussion, and towards the end Yuzha opens up about her views on the food we eat and what strategies we need to implement to get more out of ourselves and our days. This thought process led her to decide on fasting today, a challenge Logan is excited to rise to!
