Why Change: Welfare to Charity

For over fifty years, the government has held the responsibility of alleviating poverty. The redistribution of tens of trillions of dollars has occurred. The results, however, do not reflect the potential held by these resources. ​ ​The current structure of government welfare entraps people in the system. There is a great need for an individual ​ subjective determination that cannot come from legislation.
