You Pick Your Government Per Sector

Just to make sure there is no confusion, all government authority will be separated into thirty near equal Sectors. Distinct leadership means that there are distinct elected offices for police and distinct elected offices for environmental control. Education will have different elected leaders compared to those elected to govern the military. The full set of thirty Sectors will have distinct elected federal, state, and local level components.

​Each legislative, executive, and judicial branch only has the authority given to that Sector. That means thirty Governors, thirty Presidents, and thirty Mayors.
That also means thirty complete sets of congressmen, thirty complete sets of state legislatures and thirty complete sets of city councils. There is a separate judicial branch for each of the thirty Sectors.
