Toyota 4Runner 5th Gen Problems CEL P0300, P0301

Check engine light (CEL) and traction control on the dashboard. P0300 and P0301 fault codes.
Misfire in cylinder one, misfire in multiple cylinders.
After about 3000 miles on it since I got it, the first check check engine light came on.
2016 4Runner SR5.
Spark plug replaced.
Ignition coil replaced with OEM Denso.
