I called this when it started , investors buying up all these properties jacking up the rent, it was not sustainable. Rental rates are dropping there's influx of inventory due to new construction, and evictions . These investors that have bought a lot of propeties raised the rent so high they are priced out nobody is renting, they are left holding the back... what's next.. FIRE SALE
