Nonverbal Communication : Varying Speed

So with the tone of voice and how you speak, you can change the speed. You can change the intensity. You can speak really lightly like a feather or a silly person. Or you can speak like what you are saying has substance. And then, of course, you can speak really fast, which I do really, really well for some reason. It just comes very naturally to me. I think I just want to speak really fast all the time, and I've had to learn to slow down.
