At least 25 dead and rising in rocket strike at train station in Chaplyne village in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

Two of them are children. An 11-year-old boy died under the rubble of the house, and a 6-year-old child died in a car fire near the railway station. Another 31 people were injured as a result of the attack.
