Covid Covid 19 Coronavirus Influenza Pneumonia Reporting Comorbidities CDC WHO Is the CDC including Influenza Influenza Base Rate

Why can't we get clear data this far into the Pandemic?
Are baseline Influenza & Pneumonia deaths included in the Covid numbers, or are they separate?
We fail to use the WHO coding standards that would make this clearer. Why?
