Sherry Regiani, SHRM-CP, CHPSE, IAPP, has been in dentistry since 1970. First as an assistant, then a hygienist. Thirty years ago, she transitioned into Practice Management, HR for Dental Offices, OSHA compliance and HIPAA Omnibus, and holds national certifications in these fields. Sherry understands the changing roles and regulations that have affected the private practitioner, and continually adds to her knowledge base. She is a sought-after speaker and coach, and is a frequent speaker at the IAOMT meetings.

Sherry and her husband (founding member, David) built their practice from scratch in the tiny town of Ortonville, MI, in 1979. Most of their 19-member team have been with them for decades, and their patients are now 3rd generation. In 2014 they built a new 7-operatory office in a small town between Flint and Pontiac, MI.
