Justice Hughes delivered her verdict on the Judicial Review of the SA Emergency Management Act and SA Public Health Act in respect of vaccine directions - Tuesday 27 September in the Adelaide Supreme Court.

The merits of the litigants' application - has not yet been determined.

Despite a setback with today's judgement from Justice Hughes, an appeal is to be instituted.
