In the Other World, the Mizutsune went to King Kai to learn the Spirit Bomb and became Violet Mizutsune... violet fire accompanying his fur reveals Mizutsune's anger.

Back to earth, Violet Mizutsune seeks for revenge...

At around 12:14, Violet Mizutsune, finally, gathers enough energy for the Spirit Bomb... But, unfortunately, his heart is not pure.. so the Spirit Bomb starts backfiring.

Moral: Not everyone can simply meet King Kai after death and become the next Goku.
But... nice try Mizu!
