Canning Candied Jalapenos- Preserving the Harvest

I am so excited to be able to make Candied Jalapenos from my own garden. I have never been able to grow enough peppers in the past to do that! Even though this is a smaller batch than I normally make I am so thankful to God for our harvest and everything He has provided.
The National Center for Home Food preservation is a wonderful resource for preserving your harvest. I am not affiliated with them, but I use this resource every time I preserve food.
