Russian Consulate General Vandalized in New York

Security footage shows a masked vandal approaching the Consulate General of the Russian Federation and spraying it with red paint.

According to one of the employees, the NYPD rarely patrols the area near the building and does not ensure the security of the diplomatic outpost.
