Whoopie Pie Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoons cinnamon
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups dark brown sugar; firmly packed
1 cup ghee or butter
1 - 15 ounce can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs; room temperature (I used 1/3 cup egg powder and water)

Frosting
1/2 cup cream cheese or *Shelf stable
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

*Shelf Stable Cream Cheese recipe:
3 cups warm water
2 cups powdered whole milk
4 tablespoons white vinegar
