A group of police officers and ex-military personnel has shut down a vaccination center at the University of the West of England in Bristol, England. The group handed the police a list of offenses the vaccination center's employees were allegedly guilty of, including misconduct in public office, causing grievous bodily harm and manslaughter by gross negligence.
