Episode 36 - Back in Black

Catching up after a month off due to a broken thumb and a family vacation, here are a few clips of some of my favorite exchanges in my first couple of sessions back on the floor. I definitely felt it after being down for so long, it's amazing how many steps are lost with a lapse in training.
