Xiegu G1m WSJTX CAT compatibility issue

I was not able to get a stable CAT connection between WSJT-X and Xiegu G1M using the Icom IC-7000 or IC-765OPro settings in WSJT-X.

I did however manage to set it all up reliably using information from the Xiegu Forums and FLRIG, see how I did it.
