These always crush my soul to see these homecoming videos

I love them, but it hurts so deeply because my daughter never got to experience this. Instead the Army showed up on our doorstep to tell her that her husband was gone. We had just talked to him the night before. It broke us all into pieces. But I truly am happy to see these. So many of our young men and women going off to fight wars that aren't even our own. And for what? OIL? MONEY?
