Believers Should Have No Partiality pt 2

James focus turns towards the ones who are rich enough and pay to get their own way. James sees a problem in the church that needed to be addressed starting in verse 2:1. God loves all who love Him rich or poor, but there are those who do not love Him. These are the ones who want to get their own way and use the church, the courts and any other means to achieve their evil desires. The non-believer will blaspheme the name of the Lord. James caution is this, be sure you are on the right side when choosing an alliance. You are either with God or you are against Him. Make sure you understand the consequences of your choice. If you choose God, the consequence is an eternal life in heaven. If you choose the world, the consequence is eternal damnation.
