Jerome Powell has stated he will "keep at it until the job is done". Inflation is running rampant in the US economy as well as throughout the global economy. The Quantitative tightening taking place throughout the world is adding increased volatility in the financial markets. Many belive that Jerome powell will continue this path until something breaks. If that's the case, the stock market may see a repeat crash as it did during the 2008 financial crisis and the 2000 dot com bust.
